Judged Against a Global Standard
Automated optical inspection (AOI) — cameras that measure every joint in 3D — checks each board against IPC-A-610, the international standard defining what a good electronic assembly looks like. Software decides, not a tired pair of eyes.
A Record for Every Board
Each individual board ships with its own detailed inspection record. When you need to answer “what happened with this particular unit?”, the data exists.
